Okta Integration Setup Guide

Follow these steps to connect your Okta organization for automated access reviews.

Create API Token

You need to create an API token in your Okta Admin Console.

  1. Log in to your Okta Admin Console.
  2. Go to Security > API.
  3. Select the Tokens tab.
  4. Click Create Token.
  5. Name the token (e.g., "Pensure Scanner") and click Create Token.
  6. Copy the token value immediately! You won't be able to see it again.

Get Your Okta Domain

Identify your Okta domain URL.

  • This is the URL you use to log in to your dashboard.
  • It usually looks like yourcompany.okta.com or dev-123456.okta.com.
  • Do not include https:// or -admin in the domain name when entering it into Pensure.

Configure Pensure

Now go back to Pensure Settings and enter the details.

  • Okta Domain: Enter your domain (e.g., example.okta.com).
  • API Token: Paste the token you copied in Step 1.
